"Great to be home!" the former Crashing star tweeted. "7 months 14 days sober but one day at a time. Lots of new stories to tell. Will announce some new tour dates on Friday. Thanks for the support. Love you all." Lange was sent to rehab after twice testing positive for cocaine.

Obviously skeptical but wishing him the best this time around.

I hope he makes it and this time he really went to rehab (on at least one occasion, and probably more, he's either said he was going to in patient treatment or was in out patient treatment when he actually was in neither). However, his history says a relapse is bound to occur.

Other than his noise he looks the best he looked in years. Lost a lot of weight.  Wish him luck

Wow, he really does look great from the neck down. He obviously was taking his rehab seriously this time. Whether or not it sticks is a different story, but he wasn't bullshitting about trying to get better from the looks of him. That nose though...

His weight is way down and that is definitely a good thing. Hopefully whatever diet and exercise regimen he was on stays in place. The thing with his nose can probably be corrected surgically to some extent. Staying off of drugs and avoiding the erratic behavior will be a challenge and I still expect him to slip, but hope he stays clean and rebuilds his life and career.

The challenge for Artie is going to be when he gets back on the road doing stand-up gigs. A lot of those road comics do drugs and drink. Artie basically makes his living in places that sell booze. Plus he is going to have tons of assholes at his shows trying to offer him coke and heroin just so they can say they partied with their folk hero Artie Lange.

I can't see him making anywhere near the amount of money he was making in the 2000's. He won't be able to afford taking his sponsor on the road with him. It won't be bad around the tri-state area where he can drive, but I doubt he will want to fork out the money for another plane ticket to take someone with him that can watch over him.

I'm hoping for the best with Artie, but he really needs to take it slow easing back into stand-up.

I didn't even recognize him with all that weight loss.
