I was able to follow the election last night on CSPan2 which picked up the CBC feed. Impressions were that the Cons screwed themselves by letting that shitbag Scheer run a shitty campaign and now will be stuck on the sidelines and the Liberals can negotiate with the NDP and Bloc to keep the cons out of any chance at blocking legislation.  Seems that Doug Ford, trying to be Trump Lite in Ontario also killed any chance of them picking up the needed seats in that province. Albertans must be pissed as well as they pretty much only elected Conservatives, who will have no way to leverage anything for them in parliament.

Will be interesting to see how long the left wing alliance holds court though, but for now, I don't see the Bloc interested in fucking things up and having a new election called since they picked up 22 extra seats from 2015

I can't believe the Canadians are letting the black-face guy continue to control the Molson distribution and remain in command of an army of literally hundreds of moose and almost as many people. It's a sad day, and the world may never be the same again.

Scheer is a hot mess and as much as people were lauding Jasmeet Singh's campaign most people here and our moose are not ready for a person of another ethnicity than white to be Prime Minister.
Elizabeth May of the Greens is dangerously crazy and why the he'll we have a Bloc Quebecois when they will never hold the office of PM has always been behind me.
And Bernier of the People's Party garnered nary a seat.
Trudeau is the best of a bad lot I guess but at least he has some experience. And with a minority he will have to work hand in hand with other parties to get bills passed.
I won't comment on that cunt Jodi-Wilson Raybould winning a seat as an Independent other than it will be funny to watch the House of Commons and see her sitting there like the fat ugly lump of shit she is, never getting a chance to speak a word.

Election campaign was brutal, candidates were brutal, result is kinda meh - Canada in a nutshell - instead of 2 shitty parties we can choose from a good half dozen shitty parties. It's all about choice.
Scheer ran on "I'm not Trudeau", and lost, which is right out of the Hillary playbook.  Good lesson for whomever gets saddled with the Dem ticket in 2020.

It's amazing the shit the candidates brought out and the shit the voting public feels is important.
Trudeau in black face a few times makes him a racist.
The same people saying Trudeau is a racist watched some of their favorite movie stsrs/ entertainers in blackface countless times and loved it.Trudeau the racist who threw so much money at the Indians in the last 4 years there isn't any left for the rest of the country.Where former Isis members are welcomed with open arms and paid money for the hardship of deciding ISIS wasn't for them and wanted to come home.
Scheer is borderline retarded and his own party will likely replace him as leader.

I think Scheer also hiding his American Citizenship and basically not renouncing it when he took over as the PC leader, instead of waiting till the last minute to address it also was a stupid move. Who the fuck wants a guy running the country who has a loyalty to the states that he doesn't want to give up?

Trudeau should have no problem working a coalition gov. He only needs a total of 22 votes from the NDP and Green party on any issue. Scheer seemed like a weak candidate to me.
