Here's my outsider take, although I do watch a lot of US political news. The TV news shows that are supporting Biden over Bernie are going to turn on Biden when he gets the nomination, and Biden will have no chance. One big reason is that Biden's dementia is worse than Trump's. Blacks don't like Harris because she was a prosecutor, so they have to go with Michelle Obama.

Bernie would've done better than Biden.  Neither will beat Trump, but these mainstream news reports that Bernie would get blown out are a joke.  It's like liberals learned nothing from how far off the poll predictions were last time.  Bernie would've made it close.  He mobilizing support and has a passionate base and plenty of others who would vote for him just to try something new, including disillusioned Trump voters (who 4 years ago were disappointed Obama voters).  But people will stay home in droves rather than vote for Biden.  He doesn't excite anyone, and the Bernie Bros will actively sabotage him making it even worse.  Biden is going to get destroyed.  And a Trump vs. Biden debate is going to be embarrassing.  Just call it the Alzheimer's Bowl.

Bullshit. Bernie would have gotten killed. Most Democrats don't want a fucking communist in office, if Bernie got the nomination a large percentage of them would stay at home because even though they despise Trump they sure don't want Bernie. I am friends with many Democrats and they are scared to death that Bernie could win the nomination..not so much now after Super Tuesday but they were before..
Oh and as far as Biden's running mate, if Michelle won't take it the smart money is on Stacey Abrams. Her name is being thrown around a LOT...IMO they'll take her every day over Kamala..

"Bloomberg spent $500 million on ads. The US population is 327 million. He could have given each American $1 million and still have money left over. I feel like a $1 million check would be life-changing for most people. Yet he wasted it all on ads and STILL LOST," writer Mekita Rivas tweeted on Super Tuesday. (Rivas has since made her Twitter account private.)

That's not the bad part. After she got REAMED on twitter with people explaining to her her math was bad wrong, she then double downed and tweeted THIS:

Then when people explained AGAIN to her that she's a fucking idiot she locked down her account lol.
Of course, the bad thing is she is a style reporter for the Washington Post and other news outlets. MSNBC and Brian Williams and a member of the NY Times editorial board are the ones that took her tweet and spoke on it and proclaimed the math correct and were just amazed that he wouldn't give everyone a million bucks..
Fake news be real yo..

Yet it got him NOWHERE...you can be worth a trillion dollars but that still doesn't mean you're going to just buy the Presidency.  Hell, let em try it, those hundreds of millions they are spending on campaigns and advertising help the economy..

I would imagine the only economy it helps is the one run by big media corporations that are afraid of Sanders because he wants to bust them up again.   I bet not one nickel of big Mike’s campaign spending found its way into one of your companies vending machines.   The reason we can’t get campaign reform is because of the media.

Are you in NC?  The state that has voted Red in all but 2 elections in the past 40 years?  Yeah, they wouldn't vote for Bernie, as SC wouldn't, or Alabama, or Arkansas, or any other state that is solidly red.  It doesn't surprise me that even the Dems in that state are conservative.
Trump won like 4 or 5 state by less than 1%.  You're telling me Bernie couldn't win MI, or WI after the disastrous years of Scott Walker and Paul Ryan?  Or Colorado?  Or Pennsylvania?  Because, let's face it, there is like 4-5 swing states that really matter, that Trump barely won, that he would have to win again.
Also, Bernie is not a "fucking communist" as you put it.  He's closer to being socialist, but he's not even that, because he doesn't advocate for the government to own the means of any production.  He more or less advocates for social safety nets that every other developed country in the free world seem to have.

Biden pretty much clinched it tonight. Bernie is now in a position where he will either have to concede within the next couple of days and endorse Biden, or continue a spoiler campaign that will essentially be aimed only at derailing Biden and helping Trump. There is no longer a legitimate path to victory for Bernie.

You're probably right.   However, Biden has that uncanny ability to stick his foot in his mouth.
His handlers are trying everything they can to keep him from talking to people.  The DNC is switching the debate format to a town hall with NO audience.  They're allowing him to sit down, and they shortened it from 2 hours to an hour.   So he doesn't get exposed.

They should just put Biden in a box and replace him with a cardboard cut out of Biden and Obama smiling together. That's basically his campaign strategy anyway. I can't see how anything he actually says persuades anyone to vote for him.

Yesterday he cursed out a Detroit auto worker during a 2nd Amendment argument. If you can't kiss babies and shake hands because you're at a high risk of getting Coronavirus, you might as well curse out the working class. It's a completely rational campaign strategy.

Yes there are still Democratic primaries going on. And tonight Biden absolutely obliterated Bernie. He needs to drop out tomorrow unless he’s just delusional, which of course he is since he still thinks socialism can work.

You're  right, we just gave $1.5 trillion fucking dollars to Wall Street for nothing.

No worries, Trump will give them more and he’s about to go all Andrew Yang and cut everyone a UBI check for $1,000. And his welfare whore socialist supporters love him for it. Yee-haw!  I bet Blue Thunder is wearing a Che Guevara T-shirt by now. We actually haven’t heard from BT in a while and I can only assume it’s because he moved to Cuba and they have restricted Internet access.

Now that Biden has all but locked up how long will it take before the right wing media begins its attacks on him in earnest? To top it off, the Justice dept. has already been primed to investigate every lunatic fringe rumor brought to them by Guliani. I'd expect an unprecedented level of coordination between Fox News and Trump's campaign.
