I figured if I didn’t start watching The Walking Dead now, I never will. It’s 10 seasons though so it will take a while. I finished Season 2 today. I know everyone says it will start to suck soon but we’ll see. To compliment that. I’ve also started Schitt’s Creek since it’s a quick 20-minute show. I heard good things and I love Eugene Levy. It’s OK but I can’t say it was a big loss to miss it the first time. I really want to start watching The Americans soon, and check out Penny Dreadful. Depending on how long this lasts, that should be more than enough to get me through quarantine. Penny Dreadful was excellent. New Penny Dreadful starts at the end of the month though not related to the original in terms of characters and time frame, as I understand it.

Not binge watching but downloaded two PC games from Steam. OOTP 21 (Out Of The Park baseball) and Train Sim World 2020 which has a painstakingly accurate Long Island Railroad run. I'm not much of a gamer. The baseball one seems like you need a doctorate to figure it out. They leave out absolutely nothing when it comes to running a club. They also have virtually every player and team going back to the 1870's. I really don't know if I'll live long enough to master it. It seems like it would take 30 years to really get it going.

I am also playing Out of the Park Baseball. I bought the 2019 edition on Christmas for like $5. Ironically I found out about the deal from ROH commentator Ian Riccobani, who is a huge baseball fan. I’m in my second season and yeah it’s crazy, much too detailed to do everything unless you literally want to quit your job and pretend you’re running a franchise for real, putting in 10 hour days. I watched Tiger King, if you think some of the posters on the IWC are fucking nuts watch this show, it makes even Dr. Delaware seem sane and normal.

Watched Tiger King Watching Ozark season 3, up to episode 3 now. For a change of pace, I kinda like The Kindness Diaries, makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

Schitt's Creek. After a slow start, it's getting better in season 2.

Schitt's Creek is great, but you have to give it some time. A lot of the early HBO stuff is available on regular Amazon Prime, so I've been watching stuff that I missed. Watching the John Adams mini series at the moment.

The Americans got a little too outrageous, too early, for my tastes. It had a great hook and I remember enjoying the first 5 or 6 episodes. I liked The Walking Dead, through all its ups and downs until... I don't know the exact season, but midway through the Negan nonsense. Started Ozark, finally, and liked it. Also started watching "Frontier" with Jason Momoa and the 17th century Hudson's Bay Company. I'm a little "over" the whole historical drama thing, though. For instance, I loved "Vikings" up until they killed off Ragnar and focused on his annoying sons (errr....sorry 'bout that. Spoiler).

Watching The Carbonaro Effect on Tru TV. Funny stuff, and perfect for these long days sitting at home! Kinda like Just For Laughs with magic tricks.

Just finished watching Sons Of Anarchy. Great music but grew tired of all the murders, especially after Tara's death.

SoA was a guilty pleasure of mine, a good show but very much like a soap opera with violence. Some of the acting was fantastic (Katey Segal) and some was atrocious (like the main character). The quality of the writing varied too. And that season where they all went to Ireland was painful. As long as you were OK with the fact that you were basically watching "Days of Our Lives" with bikers it was fine, but too many people kid themselves into thinking it was more than that. "The Shield" was another FX show from around the same time that absolutely blows SoA away in every way.
