That's just horrific. I can't for the life of me figure out what this asshole even wanted the groundhog to do, but I guess he didn't comply. I love the part where he starts waving his arms frantically to invisible people who aren't around to back off. The panic over nothing would be hilarious if it didn't end so tragically. Two shots at point blank and it was still alive. Both a cunt and a horrible shot. I guess they don't teach these cops how to shift their weight to compensate for full underpants.

That’s fucked up. It looked like the damn thing was finally going to run off the road and then it got shot. I don’t understand why the officer didn’t just stop traffic and get out of the way and let it do it’s thing.

If he'd got behind it and chased it, it would have quickly run away. Instead he tried to beckon it like it could understand him. He'd make a great crossing guard. One kid walks too fast and there would be a massacre.
