Doesn't really matter, his life is pretty much over. But he won't serve time for this. He did what he was trained to do. Right or wrong, that was how he was told to handle it.

Hopefully he will be found guilty. a lot of White cops have got off for killing black men for running away unarmed. That's the pattern. Angry white men won't like to hear that though

I think the "booking" of this trial was done months ago. The trial itself is pure illusion. I believe that the verdict, the sentence, and the legacy of this shitshow has already been decided. The bootlickers (whitey) will be happy, the colored will be at least happy enough not to burn down their cities of choice this summer. Meanwhile, the pigs will still be able to kill POC, and white trailer trash, with impunity. Life in the U.S.A. Roaring 20's style.
