I was going to start talking about this in the "Worst Movie" thread, but it deserves it's own.

Michael Bay and Joel Schumacher should be fucking eviscerated.  Who else?

I'll see your Schumacher and raise you a Bruckheimer.

Schumacher was respectable at one time, so does that make him better or worse?

And do I even need to say it?  Richard O'Sullivan.

I haven't actually seen and of O'Sullivan's work, as much as I have tried to get a screening copy of Communication Breakdown.

If I got two votes I'd cast them for Kevin Costner and Rob Zombie.  What good there may have been in Dances with Wolves and Open Range (which I thought was good only because of DuVall and Benning, imo) was so vastly outweighed by Waterworld and The Postman that I think it's safe to conclude that he actually sucks when given too much control.

Zombie's work does less than nothing for me. But in all fairness I am no fan at all of the spatter genre'.

I liked Zombie's homage to '70s horror.  I thought he did a very good job for someone with no experience.

From everything I've heard and read and what little I've seen: Andy Milligan
