Dodgers outfielder Matt Kemp is reportedly recovered from his ankle and knee injuries that have limited him to 179 games over the last two seasons, but according to his agent, Dave Stewart, don't expect to see him playing in the opening series in Australia vs. the Arizona Diamondbacks. Stewart said he doesn’t think Kemp will be ready for 3/22 opener in Australia. “If the season opened April 1, I think Matt would be ready.” — Jon Morosi (@jonmorosi) January 21, 2014 Of course, he did mention here that he would be ready if the season started April 1, which which would actually be their fourth game of the regular season. They open a three-game series in San Diego on March 30.
