|I'm contributing nothing to the search process, but I feel like I need to mention another '80s SNL sketch. Simon and a friend are in line outside a movie theater, and Simon is continually approached by session musicians and fans from his past, where he instantly recalls every mundane detail of every encounter. After a few of these, Art Garfunkel comes up and asks how he's been. Paul looks at him blankly: "And your name is...?"
And the sketch didn't overstay its welcome. They set up one big gag and pretty much ended it right there.
