The New York Yankees' offense has gone to sleep at the absolute worst possible time.

Thanks to a game-winning three-run homer off the bat of Toronto Blue Jays slugger Jose Bautista, and seven dominant innings of one-hit ball from right-hander Marcus Stroman on Saturday, the Yankees were shut out yet again.

New York's zero in the runs column marked the third consecutive game, and sixth time this month, the club's been shut out. The Yankees have been shut out in three straight games for the first time since 1975, according to The Associated Press.

They hit a meager .152 over their past three games, including 24 strikeouts, and left 45 men on base. They've received next to no production from the heart of their lineup, either.
