My Dad was born and raised in Guyana.  He was named Casimiro after his mother's brother, who died as a child.
On the Day of my Dad's confirmation (Catholic coming-of-age ceremony held when the kid is about 13), he was upstairs when he saw a boy down the hall and go into a room.  A maid was there as well and saw the boy too.  My dad went into the room, but no one was there.  He asked the maid who that was, and she said "that was your uncle Casimiro".  She knew the boy when he was still alive.
My dad graduated first in his medical school and practiced medicine in Canada for 50 years without even so much as a single complaint against him. When he says something, you can usually bank on it.
