Forgive me if these cards have already been included.

In 1986 and 1987, Neff Maiava ran what amounted to an outlaw against Lia Maivia's Polynesian Pacific Pro Wrestling. He used some California indy guys like Tim Patterson and Billy Anderson as well as, interestingly, Rocky Johnson. Somehow Rocky wound up working for someone in opposition to his mother in-law's promotion. Neff wound up bringing in a lot of AWA talent to the point he was virtually running AWA cards.
