|I been on a Low Carb diet since beginning of April. No Pasta, Potatoes. No Junk Food. Once in a while I have a cheat day.
I do have 2 Slices of Whole Wheat Bread a day.
From April to the end of June I lost 46 lbs.
I Went from a size 54 Jeans in March to a size 44 in October.
I do eat Hamburger. I try to eat more Turkey Burgers, Chicken than red meat.
The diet is about portion control.
Also When it was warmer I was walking at Least 10,000 steps a day.
