I have five Gretzky rookies and a rookie Lemieux, all purchased via the pack method. Because that's when we did it for fun with our spare quarters. Good times.

I use to collect 51/52 Parkhurst and pre war hockey cards. Had a beautiful Rocket Richard rookie that got graded out to a PSA 7 when they first started grading.

The cards are all in very nice shape, no creases, corners are decent to my eye. I have not had them graded professionally but I will at some point. The additional info on the cards I really didn't know about (Canadian vs American, first run of cards, etc.)--good to know.
Fun fact: I also have a whole whack of the 51-52 and 52-53 Parkhurst sets, which were my dads and sat in an old rickety shed back behindf my grandparents house for more than 50 years; when they passed the cards came out of the shed and my dad gave them to me.
