Loved it. I could never understand why DLJ never became an elite level superstar. He was not marketed as an "attraction" like Andre was years later. He could flat out wrestle, did some amazing high spots for a guy his size, and had an excellent understanding of what psychology was. He was never branded a troublemaker by promoters. He should have been like a Kiniski level.

Also from watching this match you could see where Verne was a very smart businessman. This match was 1955 and Verne looked like he was 45 years old here. What better way to stay on top then owning your own promotion.
