Forgot how fucking great this was-

Dusty vs. Tully in a match they've been building for about a month. $100,000 on the line, along with Tully's TV title. Dusty put up $50 grand, and Tully put up $50 grand. JJ and Dark Journey are in Tully's corner, Magnum hobbled out with a cane to be in Dusty's corner. I think this was held in Greensboro.

Late in the match, Dusty brings Tully in from the outside with the slingshot suplex and pins him. Tully lays his foot across the bottom rope a split second after the 3-count. Tommy Young looks over and sees the legs as Dusty is celebrating and you can see his expression "oh shit." JJ grabs the money (in a papersack on Magnum's lap) and runs out of the arena. Dusty chases him out through the lockerroom, the arena tunnel and into the parking lot, where some sweet 1987 LTDs and Rivieras are parked. Meanwhile, back in the ring, Tommy Young restarts the match and Tully wins by countout and now is the rightful owner of the 100 grand anyway. Magnum is helpless. Dusty comes back to the ring and says "Where da hell did he go?" They go back to the lockerroom and cuss out Tony Schiavone. Magnum tells Big Dust he'll "get the money back". Dusty says, "You're in no condition to do that. I don't give a damn about the money". Then they hug.

Great. Fucking. Shit.
