I like tons of what has been mentioned: Kiss Alive, Neil Young Weld, Wings over America, Nugent Gonzo all stick out but nothing so far has been a must miss in my book.

Going to add a couple: The Allman Brothers "An Evening with the Allman Brothers", and "2nd Set". Both of these were recorded at least partially at the Beacon in NY and to listen to them is like listening to music for the first time. It's not just the songs but the quality of the recording, full digital recording in 1992 was not that common.

The other one I'll add is the only live Country album I think I'd ever put on the list: Hank Williams Jr, "Hank Live". This came out in 1987, he was the undisputed King of Country at the time. Other than the obviously dubbed in crowd noises at times, the music is crisp and very non-country.
