 I gotta mention the MTV Unplugged albums. I liked Nirvana (featuring About a Girl), STP (featuring Plush), Alice In Chains (featuring Nutshell), and Eric Clapton (featuring Tears In Heaven), all were great. I know I'm probably forgetting a couple more?
