No sour grapes that I lost, but I honestly am surprised, but maybe there is less crossover between the baseball/football audience and the neckbeard crowd than ever before. Which in a way is ironic since marketing and presentation wise, there's more crossover than ever. Hell, on baseball last night on FS1, they were doing live reads to watch Smackdown this Friday. That was bizarro world, especially since there wasn't the typical joke after the read "Huh, wrestling, yeah! Sounds GREAT!". The announcers maybe were told by Fox to be cool.
The announcers have DEFINITELY been told to play it straight. They didn’t pay all that money and go on a blitz marketing campaign to have their own staff goof on the product.

This thread was great before AA ruined it.
