It wouldn't surprise me if Joan Jett sung four or five songs, with no crowd interaction, and was off the stage in 20 minutes.  That's not a knock on Joan, but I just don't see these four acts putting in almost five hours work total.  Even in Wong's eyes, it's still a four plus hour show.  The good thing about a stadium tour is that the stage is huge, so they can basically have all four sets of equipment up on stage at once and minimize the time between bands.  If it was four bands at MSG, you'd be looking at close to a half hour between acts just to change the stage.

Joe Elliot has said he wants it to be a mini-festival and an all-day event.  I expect doors to open at 3 or 4pm.  I took my wife to a Kenny Chesney stadium show with 3 fairly big names (if you're into country) as openers and it was the same deal.  People showed up before noon, got hammered in the parking lot for 3 or 4 hours, then started to file in, and the show started around 5:30 and ended at 11.  Before the show started, there were some things on the video screens to keep the crowd occupied, including Ric Flair cutting a promo on Chesney.  For the price they're going to charge, I hope they can come close to that to justify the cost.
