The only good sign I can see from that is that it will give Trump ammo to rein in this madness sooner rather than later.  How compliant the governors are with those wishes is another matter.

You're living in a fantasy world.  There's no "madness" to reign in.  In NYC and other major cities effected, 75% of the population is going to get this if we go back to "business as usual". 
Yes, it's madness to believe that 75% of people are going to get this.  Either you made that number up out of thin air or you're listening to some incredibly fucking stupid people.  There's no data set for this that supports an infection rate within two time zones of that assertion.
