| What event preceded the arrival of "Charlie Brown From Out of Town" in the Mid-Atlantic territory?

Jimmy Valiant lost a loser leaves town match to Kabuki in the Summer of 1983.
He then came back with the mask doing the Charlie Brown deal. He then had a big re-match with Kabuki at Starrcade '83 as Charlie Brown in a mask vs Title match(Kabuki had the TV title I believe at the time). If "Charlie Brown" lost he had to unmask and if it was Valiant under the mask he would have faced a lengthy suspension from the NWA(a year). Charlie Brown ended up beating Kabuki in the Starrcade match, thus keeping the mask and thus being able to continue using the Brown gimmick in the coming years.

| Great (funny) angle afterwards with Baron Von Raschke pulling "the hood" off of "Charlie Brown" and Gary Hart & Von Raschke celebrating only to be told by Tony Schiavone that the camera missed the action (no proof to give the NWA)

I don't remember seeing this angle before. Was this during the era when he was feuding with Kabuki or later with Paul Jones? I remember The Baron was a part of Jones' Army. Was The Baron managed by Gary Hart at the time around the first Starrcade when he did the Charlie Brown thing with Kabuki?

| Von Raschke was "Hart's Assassin" as Von Raschke had just come on the scene. Don't remember how long Von Raschke was in that time around. Von Raschke was with Hart though and not Paul Jones at this point. It's after the Kabuki match during the summer but before the Starrcade match. Hart is still trying to do his damnest to prove that Brown and Valiant were the same. Now that I think about it it is actually Crockett (broadcaster/ has a shit-eating grin on his face) and not Schiavone that tells Hart & Von Raschke that the camera missed it. The mask came off but Charlie Brown ducked under the ring and got helped back to the dressing room by babyfaces with towels.
