Looking forward to the games. Nice and cold outside. Good Football weather.

Late Notes -

Boldin is unlikely to play for the Cardinals.

I'm excited about the games as well. No Cutler. No Bears. I can just enjoy the games.

I don't know where they'd be without Benson.
I wouldn't count them out yet, but that missed Cincy FG was nice though.

I dunno what's worse: these 2 teams being in the playoffs or Joe Theismann announcing the game.

J-E-T-S!!...JETS!...JETS!...JETS!...JETS!!!!!!

Oh and agree about Theisman...ANDGibbs.
What the hell are those two doing an AFC playoff game. They should be doing the Cowboys-Eagles if any at all. They're both atrocious IMO.

I find it funny that the 2 teams that forfeited games to the Jets in order to "rest" will now lose to them in the playoffs. Serves them right.

How has nobody mentioned the Michael Vick TD pass yet?  He's starting to look like Philly's secret weapon.

It was phenomenal, for sure.

McNabb seems to be struggling big time, either that or the receivers need some elephant jizz.  (see who gets that reference)

Well, Vick came in and fumbled a handoff, then had an embarrassingly poor effort to get it back.  He's starting to look like Dallas' secret weapon.

Is this the end of the Reid/McNabb era in Philly? The 70s had the Vikings, the 80s the Broncos, the 90s the Bills, and the 00s the Eagles.

They really need a overhaul. Reid will be back since He just signed a 3 year extention. McNabb, I'm not so sure. I think it's 70/30 that McNabb is done and Kolb will be the new starter. Westbrook will be cut and They need some major changes on both sides of the ball. The problem is though, the Eagles organization as a whole, is very arrogant.  One more thing, They deserve all of this since They signed Dog killer Vick. I haven't rooted for the Eagles since Vick has been signed, and will not until Vick is gone, at the very least.

If this happens, it will happen in March, and watch them have an open competition between vick and kolb.

Great season for the Eagles. I will admit that I thought they tanked a bit last week to get in the Cowboys head. I was pretty nervous going in to the game this week.

Really surprised about the Jets. I liked Buddy Ryan as a coach and I like Rex Ryan even more. I love the attitude.

You really have an unhealthy obsession with Vick. If McNabb ( most likely) is gone, the job will be Kolb's. Vick is getting traded in the off-season. It was going to be a " One and Done" for Vick no matter what. They will trade Him for the best draft pick that They can get.

Eagles didn't really have a good season at all. They were 0-5 against teams with winning records this year ( including tonight's Ass Kicking).

I thought the Eagles were picking it up a bit in later weeks, but then just hit a team that had their number and was also hot.

I do wonder if the defense was getting a little overly cocky. I was seeing guys pose last night after nice hits or tackles, but even if a 20-yard gain had transpired before the hit. They seemed to let up more yards in general this year.

However I heard last week on the broadcast that they are the 2nd or 3rd youngest team - unless it is the key guys that are all old, maybe a few tweaks will keep them in the mix. Maybe it was McNabb's last year but I have to see it to believe it!

Exactly  point on analysis, it seems like the NFL is all about matchups and what teams matches with another, the Eagles destroyed the Giants this yr, and the Giants could beat the Cowboys eight out of ten times if they played this yr. Just weird

5 minutes in and NE down 14-0 due to shit defence, and Brady fucking up.

Edited to Add. Brady just threw an INT at his own 25. Baltimore goes on to score 21-0 with 4 minutes left in the 1st quarter.

NE's run D stinks

...and so does Brady's arm. 2nd INT. Baltimore at the NE 10 yard line about to score again.

Let's see. Pats getting assraped so far today. Eagles didn't even try yesterday. Giants...well they stunk so bad when it counted. Steelers choked vs the dregs of the league. That leaves Kidkrazy praying Kurt Warner can do something later today.

Umm Minn. got destroyed last time they played, and when Kurt is on fire like that their is no qb better, his accuracy is amazing, his footwork, man Kurt was playing godly like. Rodger was out of his mind. Great Game, and Brees better bring his A game, because Arizona firepower is amazing.

That ending was AWESOME!!

And you obviously didn't watch Minn get hammered by Chicago or how terrible the Saints have been playing up until their break.

AZ has just as much of a chance beating either team as they do beating them.

Great game.  Not exactly a purist's wet dream, but an awesome offensive explosion.  GB showed great heart in that as well, they shouldn't hang their heads.

Since NE shit the bed this week, and since ESPN is reporting that Warner may quite possibly retire after the season (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/playoffs/2009/news/story?id=4813241) I think I might have to throw my sentiment behind the Cards for the rest of the playoffs.

Yeah i might have to jump on that bandwagon either behind Sanchez or Warner because i think in all honesty watching Warner play qb is a thing of beauty. It was amazing.

I'd love to see a Jets versus Arizona SB.

Whoever won that GB/AZ game was who I'd pull for in the NFC.

Besides the Cards, I also wouldn't mind seeing the Saints go.  I like Brees a lot, plus if nothing else you've gotta root for the post-Katrina city of New Orleans.

So long as it's not the Cowboys or--even worse--the Favre led Vikes, I'll be happy.  At this point, I think I'd even root for the Jets over either of those two teams.

Fuck the Patriots. Nice to see the cheater go away for another year.

"So long Cheater...so long"(clap clap).:D

I think it's wonderful to see the Cheater and his team  gone.

That ending was AWESOME!!

And you obviously didn't watch Minn get hammered by Chicago or how terrible the Saints have been playing up until their break.

AZ has just as much of a chance beating either team as they do beating them.

AZ's going to need 50 points again because the Saints have to be licking their chops after watching GB shred that D.

This may be the first and possibly only time KK and I will ever agree on anything football related. :D

Warner doesn't get enough love, IMO.  Dude is a beast and the Cards are easily my fav team in the NFC.  I'd love to see them go all the way and win a SB (unless it's over the Colts  ).

I can easily see the Cardinals beating the Saints next week.

I can also see the Ravens beating the Colts, the Jets beating the Chargers, and the Cowboys beating the Vikings.

If he had done this a few more times during the regular season (and not gotten hurt and let that scab Leinhart in to play) I'd have finished higher than 8th in my league this year!:X

Warner is as awesome as anyone when the rubber bands and paper clips holding him together don't snap.
