Mike Ditka and Dan Reeves both coached under Tom Landry. So Ditka and Reeves would be part of Landry's coaching tree.

Basically I'm looking for head coaches that had assistant coaches that later became head coaches.

Dave Wannstedt and Norv Turner are part of Jimmy Johnson's coaching tree.

Lovie Smith and Herm Edwards were part of Dungy's tree at Tampa.

Holmgren and Walsh have huge trees, but I'll let someone with more expertise and a better memory do them.
