Does anyone know if Flair defended the NWA world title in WCCW after the 2nd Parade Of Champions on May 5 1985?

Holy crap - Fritz gave Lance a title shot !!!!  I guess the old guy figured that the fans wouldn't buy him giving Mike or Chris a shot at Ric's belt.

Chris wasn't even around then.  As for Mike, he's the one who got David his title shot right before David died (and Kerry replaced him).  Mike needed to last 10 minutes with Ric and he did.  At least Fritz realized that having Mike survive was more realistic than actually having him win.  Flair could make anyone look good for 10 minutes though.
