He comes out with this about once a year, nothing new.

And he blew his wad on his intention with the "I'm in better shape than I have been in 10 years" business.

I figured his son had wrecked his chances of being able to do something like this.

MWtapes has about as good of a chance in starting a WWE rival as Hogan does.

He's trying to get VKM to believe it so Vince will bring Hogan back to WWE.

I wasgoing to say that this is not the first time (or probably the last) we have heard this from the Huckster.

Your right, Claw.  I think the guy just wants to keep his name in the news.

Anyone notice the timing?  Wrestlemania's around the corner again.  Been there, done that.  He does this every year.  The guy's losing all his money to his wife and to the family of the kid that his son made a vegetable, this isn't the time for him to be investing in a new venture.  But it is the time for him to want to weasel his way back into one more big payday with WWE.

Well, I personally hope they leave him at home.  I can't see where he would be of any value this year.  They already did him Vs Khali, and beyond that I don't know what they would do with him.

I meant the WWE brass thinking Hogan-Flair for Wrestlemania ? Flair's retirement match with a screwjob finish?

No because Hogan would be the heel, which he's paraoid about.  He was so freaked out that Michaels might get cheered instead of him that he forced WWE to turn him heel and do dastardly things every week to ensure he'd get the babyface reaction.
