Wes Maidment posted this on the Wildman's Facebook Page today although not related specifically to Dick the Bruiser results:
"I bet this is Dave and Dick discussing on what dates Dave could use some of the WWA guys on his cards here in Southern Ontario. Thanks to The Duguay’s for the photo that I edited."

I didn't look past the sequential timeline originally laid out here, but this date falls within a gap of about 5 days where I don't see Bruiser results after 7/31 and before 8/5 in 1964.   But Mr. Marvin just posted it on FB with the theory it's more likely Don Manoukian.  He thinks if it was Afflis, he'd be headlining and have his face on the ad.  :)

El Bracero drew "a masked wrestler from Parts Unknown"
Leroy Redbone beat JR Hogg
WWA World Tag Team Champions Spike Huber & Steve Regal beat Jerry Valiant & Bobby Colt
Dick the Bruiser beat Abdullah the Great

There was a very large write-up of this card in the local newspaper. Here's a very low quality photo of Valiant and Regal.
