This is some great research. Maybe we'll have to change the name of the forum to Ask David Baker.  While I have been doing some research lately, most of my free time is spent catching up on the research done by everybody else on the board. One thing I did notice is Bockwinkel occasionally brought some AWA guys with him. Evan Johnson for one card and Gary Lindgren later known as The Blaster for another.
