Funny how you hear things a certain way sometimes. I've watched a lot of SWCW and I always thought they were calling Mike Boyette/Boyer "Rene Boyer". Never knew it was "Grenade Boyer" until now. I think the promotion shut down more like late September/early October of 1986 than November. I had access to their TV via the old Tempo network and a local station that had a large wrestling block. It vanished around then just as a Big Bubba vs. Bam Bam Bigelow feud was getting off the ground. Bigelow turned up in World Class as Crusher Yurkof almost immediately afterwards.
