Week seven and the highest profile games are NOT in cities like Dallas, Green Bay or New England.

Welcome to the state of Tennessee where the AFC South leading Tennessee Titans try to put some space between them and the (they're back to .500 again) Houston Texans. And there will even be hype over in London where the Chicago Bears
take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers/ Both teams off big divisional wins last week.

The Redskins will try to get back on the winning track vs those pesky Carolina Panthers. The Jets no sooner turn the page on a win over Miami then have the San Diego Chargers looking right at them. Atlanta is in Detroit in a battle of last year's darlings vs this year's darlings. The Steelers are in Arizona for a rematch of the Super Bowl from a few years back.

Primetime features two dogs this week. The Colts (winless) are at New Orleans. The Jags (inept) host the Baltimore Ravens. What are the odds of Del Rio still coaching the Jags by season's end?

Your picks, fantasy moves, chat about the games as they unfold are all on the table. Bookies odds (below) from the Las Vegas Hilton.

Chicago (1) vs Tampa Bay (London)
Washington at Carolina (2.5)
San Diego (2) at NY Jets
Seattle at Cleveland (3)
Denver at Miami (2)
Houston at Tennessee (3)
Atlanta at Detroit (3.5)
Kansas City at Oakland (4)
St Louis at Dallas (13)
Pittsburgh (3.5) at Arizona
Indy at New Orleans (14)
Green Bay (9) at Minnesota
Baltimore (7.5) at Jacksonville

Yeah we never saw Brown again after that. As much as Reid tried to cover the schmoz by saying it was a "run-pass option" you had to be a moron to take that option. There were quite a few people in town nonchalantly calling him a stiff in training camp. I wonder if he's "just a name" at this point.

Can't believe they thought that highly of Harrison either? He was an Eagle before. Plus they get an undisclosed pick in 2013, which IMO, probably wont be much. They (Eagles)got the better end of the deal, IMO.

The games I'll be watching all have playoff implications. Bears vs Bucs, Chargers vs Jets, Texans vs Titans and Falcons vs Lions are all at Noon Central time. The late games on Sunday afternoon suck. The Sunday Night game sucks. The Monday Night game sucks.

The Tampa Bay/Chicago game is very important. It's a must win game for both teams. Jets are also in must win mode against San Diego. Atlanta is in must win mode against Detroit. Houston/Tennessee also a very good game.

Andre Johnson & Mario Williams out for Houston. Nick Mangold returns to play Center for the Jets. Detroit needs to bounce back after a tough loss. All the wild card hopefuls are rooting for Atlanta.

Plus Tim Tebow makes his first start of the season against the Miami Dolphins. It will be interesting to see how he does. Will Tony Sparano get fired if Miami loses?

Will Carson Palmer play for the Raiders this week?

Chicago (1) vs Tampa Bay (London)

Seattle at Cleveland (3)
Denver

St Louis at Dallas (13)
Pittsburgh (3.5) at Arizona
Indy at New Orleans (14)

Baltimore (7.5) at Jacksonville

Dallas to win but St. Loo beats the spread. I see a big upset today.
The Jags win by 5 (but you already knew that). Maybe Del Rio brings in
his personal announcer to introduce the players & charge up the crowd.
The Jag who scores the winning TD gets one of Del Rio's car.

I think Denver wins because it's more of a home game for Tebow than the Dolphins

Boeller is starting so Chiefs win

Must win for Jets so I will go with them

Poor tackling and penalties killed em. If they stop the running back on that 3rd and short they'd have had some time to set up the winning drive. He broke 3 tackles and that made them burn their remaining time out and killed a bunch of the clock.

he racked up an impressive 70-80 yards passing in the first 3 quarters today against the worst team in the league, and every pass he threw flew like a duck. I'm sure tomorrow it'll be nothing but "he knows how to win". Maybe he can, but I want to see it against a better team before I'm convinced he's a real NFL QB.

LMAO...love the spin. Who gives a shit what team he did it against, how bad his passes looked, HE FUCKING WON THE GAME..that's all that matters. I just love the spin I'm seeing now all over the internet, for 3 quarters it was "HE SUCKS, TOLD YA!" then he does what he did last part of last season and 2 weeks ago, he put the team in a position to win, and they won. He may throw 1 for 40 next week and they lose by 50, but good god, give him some credit, THEY WON THE FUCKING GAME..

Greg Gumble, "Do you remember two weeks ago Hulk Hogan came out and really ripped Tim Tebow? I was thinking to myself, I must have been out of the country when people cared about what he thought about anything other than play acting in a fake sport."

I wish he would have said, "fake fighters in their underwear." Close enough I guess.

Another day at the office for Aaron Rodgers. 24/30, 335 yards and 3 td's. So now after 7 games he's tossed for 2372, 20 td's and 3 int's. That's a good season total for Mark Sanchez.

LOL, and Sanchez gets all kinds of "OMFG he's the greatest qb evah" media hype. IMO, the guy plays just well enough to not fuck up. When he does, the result usually isn't good.

LOL, and Sanchez gets all kinds of "OMFG he's the greatest qb evah" media hype. IMO, the guy plays just well enough to not fuck up. When he does, the result usually isn't good.

WTF? Where has Sanchez EVER got that kind of hype? If anything, he gets too much GRIEF...he's nowhere near as bad as people seem to make him...I've never seen or heard Sanchez get "THE GREATEST QB EVAH" ball washing..:shock:

They do hype him up ALOT on radio and tv, especially ESPN. I dont hate him, I think he's a carbon copy of Joe Flacco...just good enough to play, if he can get to the big dance, and perform there, then he's a bad ass. Just hasnt happened yet. Jets seem to put all of their eggs in his basket for safe keeping, not sure he's the man to get them over the hump.

Lol...62-7 now, Brees 5 td's 31-35 and 325 yards. They could easily be in the 80's now if they'd thrown more.

Can we finally get the ball rolling for the "Fire Jim Caldwell because he's a clueless fucking hack" campaign?   Jesus fucking Christ.  He continues to allow that stupid as retarded fuck Tampa Two shit and allow the receivers to get open and keep getting tons of yardage.

Blitz.  Pressure.  Fucking Bubba Gump looking idiot.

And I don't know where Stingmark's coming up with this Sanchez love fest notion.  He gets ripped 90% of the time for his play, I sure don't see or hear anyone claiming he's in anyway a top QB.  Most say he's an inconsistent play maker that has a lot to learn.

Watching the Tebow lovers defend this shitfest should be fun tomorrow.

bump...
he racked up an impressive 70-80 yards passing in the first 3 quarters today against the worst team in the league, and every pass he threw flew like a duck.

Its the same grief that Romo got when he brought them back against a shitty team earlier this year.

Until Tebow wins against a good team that is actually trying(and no Miami was not even trying yesterday, neither was Denver until the end), to win, he is not impressive.

Denver will not make the playoffs with the current Tebow as QB, until he actually gets better and has better players around him, Denver is always going to suck

Except Romo bringing the Cowboys back against the 49ers looks a lot better now that the Niners haven't exactly been shitty at 5-1.  Tebow out-quarterbacked Matt Moore yesterday, and he should have.

Maybe, maybe not.  I'm not sold on the 49ers and I really expect them to turn into normal form soon, much like it seems Detroit has the past 2 weeks.

But if Denver wins 3 or more in a  row with Tebow as QB, I will give him the credit he deserves

Just reading this thread now and others pretty much refuted Stingmark's comments on Sanchez. I really don't need to add anything else.

Also about Tebow, I agree with Married Joe, the guy got it done and won the game, that's all that counts. Pretty fucking amazing ending yesterday if you ask me. Who knows if he'll stick at QB, but the guy belongs in the NFL in some capacity. He made a fan out of me.

Well, Detroit has lost to the 49ers and to the Falcons.  Those aren't bad teams.  Detroit is still in good position to capture a wild card if papier-mache Stafford isn't hurt again.  As far as the Niners go, the rest of their schedule looks like this:

Cleveland
@Washington
New York Giants
Arizona
@Baltimore
St. Louis
@Arizona
Pittsburgh
@Seattle
@St. Louis

To me, there's one almost certain loss in there (@ Baltimore).  The rest look like likely wins or at least toss-ups.  The tougher teams (Giants, Pittsburgh) are at home, with home-and-homes left against the mediocre Cardinals and dreadful Rams.  There's not a lot of losses in there if the 49ers just play competently.  At 5-1 and this schedule the rest of the way, the 49ers could challenge for a first weekend bye.

I miswrote what I was trying to say....I dont think he sucks, I just think he has been overhyped, due to him being on the Jets, and so many people @ the time, liking the Jets and Rex Ryan. I'm in agreeance, that he's @ best inconsistant. I didnt want to say he was mediocre, but he's not VG either, he's just an avg qb(like Joe Flacco, who I compared him to), he(Sanchez)plays just well enough, to play, but nothing more. I do think ESPN and other outlets though, hype him to extreme's @ times, due to just what i said, him being on the Jets, and Ryan being the coach. If Sanchez, were on just about any other team, he'd be a Jason Cambell type IMO.

Plus, media outlets, seem to hype him up as some sort of qb god, b/c he played @ USC. Most of the USC qb's of recent past, have stunk, and aren't very good.

Just my opinion on all.

The way Flacco has been playing this year the Niners have a decent chance against them.

Very true.  Flacco looked terrible last night.
