Can't remember much about him.  I just remember him jobbing in the WWF.  If the hype was there, it never made it to TV.

no, but as the article says Vince was parading around telling everyone he was gonna be the next champion

he ended up having a few jobber matches and that was it

next champ to hardly used jobber surely qualifies him for this thread

The guy on WCW who was Van Hagar or something like that.  He had a heavy medal gimmick.

You're talking about "Heavy Metal" Van Hammer.  And you can't forget his unbelievable feud with Cactus Jack soon after he debuted in WCW.
