Had a pet scan last week and the doc decided that we are sticking with the chemo for 2 more months. (4 more treatments) Then I can get this picc line out of my arm and start radiation. I am taking my first of those 4 treatments as Ipost this.

Never got a Port? Also, did You get any say on what the treatment should be going foward?

Never got the port, when chemo is over we will start radiation. I do not know anything about the radiation yet but I plan to ask on my next visit with the doc in 2 weeks.

Radiation is a piece of cake compared to Chemo. Radiation should only be a 2 week process, but You have to go every day for 2 weeks straight. I think it would be anywhere from 20-30 minutes per treatment, but don't quote Me on that, as it could be less then that.
