Attention Impact Wrestling and Spike TV. August 1 is coming. This is a warning. I do not work for Impact. I do not work for Spike TV. But I have a problem that needs to be solved. I am not a movement. I am out for personal justice. August 1. My identity will be revealed this Thursday, August 1, on Spike TV. You will try to guess. I hope you do. You have been warned of my arrival. This is the end. This is happening. This is day 1. See you Thursday.

If the bald silhoulette is correct, I'm gonna say they might've come to terms with Luke Gallows...

Some online have said it could be Adam Pearce. It might very well be, but I'm not sold on that, yet.

There's been a lot of speculation as to who the mystery man coming to this Thursday's live Impact may be.

A number of readers have written saying the voice is Low Ki's. Having spoken to Ki a million times since 1998 and having interviewed him a number of times, it's absolutely not his voice in the video.

But, for whatever it's worth, former NWA champion Adam Pearce has been making references to August 1st since the mystery video began airing.

It's certainly possible he's latched onto the video to get attention for himself but given the way his TNA Gutcheck played out, it certainly left him open with a window for a return to TNA storylines.

We will find out soon enough.

Is Adam Pearce a guy you can give a big build-up to and not expect fans to be disappointed when he shows up?

Is TNA a company that ever delivers anything other than a disappointment with a big build-up?

I for one would be thrilled. There's no "big names" out thrr anyway. Might as well bring in an old pro who can actually go.

Wasn't knocking the guy. It's just that, in cases like this, the WWE usually delivers guys like Jericho or the Undertaker. TNA would be doing it with a guy who couldn't get past a Gut Check tryout.

It's Roger Smith, who will be reprising his 'Dirty Rhodes' character he did in Memphis in the 80's.

- TNA announced they will reveal a hint as to who is behind the "#August1Warning" teaser once the video on their YouTube channel reaches 250,000 views.

"Do you have a guess who is behind #August1Warning?"

"@August1Warning promises a clue at 250,000 YouTube views."

The video has received just over 135,000 views as of this writing.

Apparently Pearce has been tweeting some stuff lately that makes it look like he's coming to TNA.
