PWInsider is reporting that Ric Flair has moved in with '90s WCW jobber Joe Gomez, probably best known for being in an 8-man tag match on Nitro teaming with Rock 'n' Roll Express and Renegade against the Four Horsemen (Flair, Arn, Benoit, McMichael) in 1996 and upsetting Bobby Eaton on WCW SAturday Night in 1999.  Gomez still wrestles occasionally on the Florida indy circuit.

Just something about Flair having to move in with this guy of all people is another level of sadness.

George South and the Mulkeys didn't return his calls.

Relax - this is obviously a set-up for another Horseman beatdown.

Maybe it isn't "sad".

Maybe Flair is finally doing the math on his finances and needs to take a step back for awhile to get caught up.

That ship has sailed as far as I'm concerned. He's about to turn 65. At this point, what's the point of even getting caught up? The bottom line is, he's not only back to having a roommate like a 22-year old, but his roommate is someone who he was 60 billion times more successful than. And now they're in the same spot.

I think it's necessary now that he killed his last shot at a full time WWE job with the drunken behavior at the 2K14 unveil.  WWE is really serious about it's corporate obligations.

So, where is Fifi in all of this?

Funny thing about this is that the video game people supposedly had no problem at all with anything he said, they in fact found him very charming and loved him during the pre-panel meeting.  Someone in WWE wouldn't let it go though, and both Flair and J.R. paid for it, essentially with their jobs.  Not sure if that went straight to Vince/Stephanie pr if someone else got in their ear and exaggerated how out of hand it was and how there had to be serious repercussions.  I watched the whole thing and it was much ado about nothing.  Flair being exactly who he's been for 40 years.

I was also wondering what happened to Flair and Fifi.
