BEARS should be starting David Fales not Jimmy Clausen. Clausen isn't any better than cutler.

No suprise there. Actually, I thought FOR SURE, Cutler would be on the bench once that second half started in The Saints game on Monday night.
Then again, when he threw his third pick on the Bears' first possession in the third quarter of that game, I thought, "No way he comes out on the field for the team's next drive."
The only explanation I had was that Offensive Coordinator Aaron Kromer felt so shitty (as he rightfully should have) and didn't have the heart (nor balls) to make the change....And Trestman was just gonna stay out of it and let his coordinator deal with it. It's not as if either of them will be sticking around Soldier Field this offseason anyway....and the way things look, Cutler may be on his way out too.

As far as who should start in place of him, I agree with Benlan in that Clausen is definitely NOT the answer. Guy is shit. I don't have any idea about "Dirty" Dave Fales though as I know absolutely nothing about him, other than he played college ball for San Jose State.

Try to find highlites of SJSU vs Fresno St from 2013. David "never" Fales outgunned Derek Carr 62-52 giving Fresno St their only loss.

Fales fails causing Clausen to be in a pickle

The guy is the absolute worst leader I have ever seen at the QB position.  The Bears GM should be shitcanned immediately.

The talk in Chicago is that Cutler is being benched so that he will not get injured. His bad play has a lot to do with it too. The team is a total train wreck and they don't want Detroit's defensive line killing him.
The main reason they don't want him injured is because he won't be able to be traded. At first the media said no other team would be stupid enough to trade for Cutler with all the guaranteed money and all but today's newspaper says that the Bears are looking to trade Cutler and GIVE draft choices to the team that takes him. That would be a first.

I read this as well in, I believe, SI.com last night.  They said the reason they're benching Cutler, which makes little sense to do so for Claussen, is because they may already have a deal in place and don't want him injured. That's a reasonable explanation.

Cutler is known only as FUCKING CUTLER to a group of my Chicago friends.

Good to see that the Bears figured out that no matter the circumstances, it is never a good idea to play Jimmy Clausen.

Believe it or not, the Bills would take Cutler in a heartbeat. With an average QB, the Bills would be a playoff team this year. Turnovers notwithstanding, Cutler is what the Bills need, a guy that can actually throw a decent deep ball.

I would have taken him over Geno-cide in a heartbeat too. The Jets couldn't have played any worse at offense with Cutler in there.

You guys don't need a loser like Cutler. You need a new GM who knows how to do more than create cap space, a HC who will add something to offense, and a real, drop-back QB who gives you a legit chance to win.  Cutler is pure shit.
