Works like so.

A sports franchise is named. Give us three players that used to play for them , but nobody currently on the roster. Should be someone that made their bones there. [Example : Favre would be Packer not a Viking or Jet]

Once you have 'given three' you name a sports franchise (any sport) and the next poster should give you 'their three' and then name a new franchise, etc.

So - let's start with the PITTSBURGH STEELERS

(Gimme 3 Steelers, not currently on the roster)

Paiment was actually a 2 time 40 goal scorer and failed to hit at least 20 only twice in a 14 season career.  I can't really picture him on the ice in my mind's eye and don't know if there is youtube footage but I think he was fairly good for that era.

Len Bias immediately came to mind, but I just checked and see he was a #2.  This is a great quesiton.
Brien Taylor with the Yankees was a complete bust.  Almost sure he never pitched in the majors.

John Elway(Kansas City Royals)

Tom Brady(Montreal Expos-oh what could have been.)

Russell Wilson(actually drafted twice and then acquired by Texas in the Rule 5 Draft he was at spring training)

Colin Kaepernick(A Cubbie draft pick)

A couple more:
One of my favorite QB's of course, Ken Stabler  and Joe Theismann.

- Kaepernick never won a Super Bowl.
- I didn't know about Stabler and Theismann. The 4th guy on the list I saw was Troy Aikman who was drafted by the NY Mets.

Several by different teams but by the same team would have to be the Sedin(sisters actually) by the Canucks,  Mark and Dave Hunter by the Habs, I think and a couple of those damn Sutter's were drafted by the Islanders(Duane and Brent, I think).

Why did I think Kaepernick won a Super Bowl?  Because he's not a Dallas Cowboy, maybe?

I was all ready to say that you were wrong about Henson but that stiff did actually start one game in 2004 going 4 for 12 ( 31 yards ) with 1 INT against Chicago. Nice job....or else one helluva good guess.

Mark McGwire, Sammy Sosa and Barry Bonds ( with steroids )

Ken Griffey Jr., Cecil Fielder and Jim Thome ( without steroids - probably )

Name me 3 players ( since expansion ) that have played for at least 3 of the original 6 NHL teams.

Name 3 players that have played for at least 3 of the original 6 NHL teams since the 1967 expansion. For example - Phil Esposito played for 3 ( Chicago, Boston and the Rangers ) of the original 6 teams but would not count since he played for Chicago before the 1967 expansion.

Ah come on - it's not that hard to figure out. Before expansion anytime a player was traded it was to another original 6 team so there must be hundreds of players that played for at least 3 of the original 6 teams before the NHL had it's first expansion. What I'm looking for are 3 players that started their NHL careers after the 1967 expansion and still played for 3 of the original 6 teams.

Trust me - things were as black as black can possibly be a few weeks ago. Things still suck big time these days as I'm still trying to get used to stuff that I haven't had to for the last 15 years which is a little bit scary for me.

None of my business at all but since there are experts on everything these days there's probably someone out there that can help.
If it's any consolation, i don't think the Bruins will be as bad as people are trying to make out.:)

Yeah - I'm not the type to go and spill all my problems to somebody getting paid to feign interest. I like keeping everything bottled up inside until one day I can't take the voices in my head any longer and I just EXPLODE !!!!!!!
