About a week ago, the picture on WWE Network on my Samsung TV started to shake and even occasionally zoom in and out on it's own.  It progressively gets worse until it's unwatchable.  It's a very weird technical glitch, and it doesn't happen through my phone, Roku, or DVD player.  Unfortunately, the 75" Samsung is the primary way I watch it so I need this resolved.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the Network on my TV and that didn't help.  I e-mailed technical support and they haven't gotten back to me.  Has anyone ever had any issue like this before?  Any solutions?

I'd almost hate to ask if it's the nice TV. Does anything else do that?

Reminds me of when Classics on Demand became unwatchable.

I checked Netflix and Hulu on the TV and all the other apps are fine.

How much would that TV cost today?

It's only about a year and half old.  A little cheaper, I doubt that much.

Have you checked your network settings and/or internet connection? I'd assume that WWE network has an optimal viewing setting somewhere because it almost sounds like you are bouncing between the different feeds. When I download WWE videos, it gives me the option to download four different feeds of varying size/resolution and it sounds like you are flickering between them all.

The first thing I would do, as dumb as it sounds, is reset your router. Then log into WWE Network and look at or for your settings. You should be able to do something there.

I'll have my wife reset the router now.  What settings am I looking for exactly?  I've never touched those.  Do you know what it says?

Superstar has a great idea. But if it doesn't work...

Is it a smart TV? Or are you watching the WWE Network via a device like a Roku, Amazon Fire, Apple TV, etc?

If it is a smart TV and you have access to a Roku, Amazon Fire, etc, try watching the WWE Network via the Roku, Amazon Fire plugged into the smart TV. This might help you to determine if it is a TV issue or not since the Roku, etc will be using the HDMI port. If it works fine using the Roku, then it may be something wrong with the "smart part" of your smart TV.

It's a smart TV. I have my Roku hooked up to a non-smart TV in another room. I have something else hooked up to that HDMI and that works fine. It's just this one app.

And resetting the router didn't work and I don't see anywhere to check settings.

Wired connection or wireless? I went to wired when the Network came out because wireless froze on my PS3. I don't even access the Network on the PS3 anymore but everything else worked so much better wired I just left it.

If you are wireless, run a speed check and see how fast your download is. And also, see if you can delete the app on the smart tv and re-download it from whatever App Store your tv uses...if not possible think back on how you got the Network originally on that tv and try to back out of it. Lastly, another dumb thing that may work is logout and Log back in. Stupid shit sometimes does the trick.

You said there were no settings in WWE Network regarding feeds or picture size, how about in the tv settings? Any where in there that shows smart download speeds or ratios? I know here on weekends we can get a shitty feed of Netflix because so many people are on it, but I don't have a smart tv and cannot really offer assistance there. But I feel that for whatever reason your smart tv isn't pulling a strong download, thus the flickering. Remember, the four different feeds that WWE pushes out are not only based on resolution but also screen size, and it sounds like your tv is trying to blend them all somehow to get an optimal picture and it's not working.

I see you already re-downloaded the app, didn't remember from earlier. Obviously it didn't help.

It's wireless. The WiFi seems fine. I can't really find any settings with download speeds or ratios but I ran a connection test and everything was fine.

It's been a week and 2 e-mails so I'm getting pretty pissed that WWE technical support isn't getting back to me, even if they can't solve the problem.

I think WWE Network will tell you flat out to try using a wired system to see if it fixes your problems. Whether or not that's possible I don't know, but I think that based on what I just checked on their tech support website, it will be the first thing that they tell you because they'll say that even though your download speed "looks within range", they won't even try to troubleshoot you if you don't hook up a cable to your modem and see if it works.

I found this:

https://help.wwe.com/app/answers/kbdetails/a_id/527/cat_id/144

So they changed something, but I'm checking it right now and it seems better. I think they just fucked it up for a couple of weeks there when they re-released the app, and hopefully it's correcting.
