Another GHWB accusation.  Mark Halperin (whoever he is) with MSNBC and Val Kilmer.  Gotta say I am surprised Kilmer is so late to the party.
Every single day we are going to hear more now.  Some of it will be true and some will be complete bullshit.  Sadly, we will never really know which is which.

The Kilmer thing is total bullshit, she's just bandwagon jumping to try and get her name back out there. It's not even sexual assault she's claiming, she says he hit her on the set of "The Doors" movie and that she settled with him but is now courageously breaking the non-disclosure. When you read up on it, everyone on the set said it was bullshit, said it was part of the scene, she settled for $25k then I read where she griped she only got $8k out of that lol..

If I'm Kilmer I'm going after her now..

We will see a ton like this now.  Open season.  Christ - a guy in a wheelchair can't even make a joke anymore.
I have to say I was always very careful as a business owner.   I never had a woman that I traveled with.  My liability was always in the back of my mind.  We had a very, very good looking admin/office manager and I made sure to never spend time alone with her.  I liked her as a person but, even then, I knew I could be subject to bullshit if I gave it half a chance

Twiggy Ramirez fired by Marilyn Manson due to his ex coming out and claiming assault.

My thoughts exactly.  This is the full story:

https://www.yahoo.com/entertainment/actress-accuses-val-kilmer-physically-013645508.html

There is a witness who seems pretty adamant that this was part of a movie scene that she was warned would get physical and that she over-reacted.  The whining about taxes eating up most of her settlement is just the icing on the cake.  I thought liberals loved taxes anyway?

Makes me feel bad for the ones that really were subjected to sexual assault or abuse since their stories won't have the impact they want them to with so many of these that are and will happen. As noted who can tell which is real anymore?

Public disclosure almost seems to be becoming an anti-awareness thing now, due to not knowing what's valid and what isn't...It's Easier to ignore things than take time to sort them out in your head.

Much like political scandals these days, the sexual assault stories are becoming so oversaturated with so many of varying degrees of seriousness that people are just tuning out.  I said it before and I'll say it again, if Watergate happened today, it would be harped on on social media ad nauseum for a week and then completely forgotten about if Nixon mispronounced a word or didn't shake hands the right away.  There would be no forced resignation or serious impeachment threat, because we don't know how to differentiate important things from nonsense anymore and scream impeachment every day and it all rolls into one big shit-pile.

Nixon was born 40 years too early. I totally agree with the point. A lot of this strikes me as a "me too" bullshit thing.

Jeremy Piven and the guy who runs NPR. The guess the good news is that there will be lots of job openings.

I would’ve boycotted any future Jeremy Piven movie if he hadn’t been accused of sexual harassment.

Today it is Dustin Hoffman. I don't even read the articles anymore.

Ventured and read the article on Hoffman. It was from 1985 and, incredibly, he applied the Kevin Spacey defense without the drunk part.

Who the fuck is his publicist? Deny it. It was in 85!

This article is a week old but if true, it's the worst of them all. The worst part is it wouldn't surprise anyone. Dan Schneider at Nickelodeon.

If people can tear themselves away from fake knee-touching scandals long enough to pay attention to this guy, we might finally have someone go to jail.  This seems by far the worst story of the bunch.
