For me, this was a tough one too, since Armand was a good worker whose career ended because of injury. On the other side, Brad--even though he was a fantastic worker--never really acheived the success that could've been anticipated based on his skill set (meaning that, had Bob had a bit more stroke, maybe Brad would've attained truly elite status).
