Omarosa said "I'm all about Jesus" but basically called Pence insane, saying he literally believes Jesus speaks to him in his head and tells him to say things.  She reiterated that the country is in huge trouble and she fears for our safety.

The White House has OF COURSE responded to Omarosa's comments, because they just can't help it, painting her as a disgruntled former employer who "was fired 4 times", apparently confusing reality TV with real life and adding in the number of times she was eliminated from "The Apprentice".  You can't make this shit up.  Technically, Omarosa was never fired by Trump since she resigned from the White House and, you know, "The Apprentice" is just a game show and doesn't really count.
She is nuts and shouldn't have been allowed in the White House.  However, it doesn't mean she is also wrong about this.  There is something odd about Pence.  Of well, whatever.   Hard to even give a shit anymore.

I agree that she was a horrible pick. She's clearly mentally unstable. I don't know if it's a matter of not having common sense. I'd say it was more a case of being inexperienced. He thought she'd bring something to the table with her being brash and of course Black. She did do a great job sticking it to that hag Joy Behar earlier this year.

Seriously, has Trump made ANY good picks?  I think Gorsuch might wind up doing the country a service over time, but other than that Trump has the talent evaluation skills of Nick Gulas. This is the guy who says he surrounds himself with “the best people”. He’s fired or publicly feuded with almost all of them, so if they’re the best is he admitting that he’s the worst?

Gorsuch is no doubt qualified. He is basically the only one. The rest are jokes and Trump treats them that way. Of course, Trump is a joke as well.

I can just see the whataboutism's coming.

Trump has also not even bothered to appoint anyone to dozens of positions. They cannot get him to focus. He doesn't read intel briefings. They have to be spoken to him and, even then, I doubt he really understands it. Some of his actual appointees to fed judge positions have been hysterically funny.

Longtime Trump attorney says he made $130,000 payment to Stormy Daniels with his money

Trump's personal lawyer, out of the goodness of his heart, handed over $130K to a porn star for no particular reason. This is what the "evangelicals" believe. Really.

One of the most cringe-worthy aspects of the Trump era is the mental and moral gymnastics required of conservatives to Trump-splain every new feud, screw-up, and absurdity.

Yea, they all love his people and then do the immediate turn when Trump turns. Dear Leader indeed.

And I'm waiting to hear how he's making things so much better by submitting his budget proposal which would add $7 Trillion to the national debt, while cutting services to the sick.

But hey, at least they got their extra $30 in their weekly paycheck for a few years, to feel special.
