I've been watching "Greatest Wrestling Angles from the 80s" on the Youtubes. Someone just compiled 1000+ clips and put them together & it's awesome.
One of the clips was Ronnie getting burned by Cornette and Jimmy Garvin turning face to help his brother.
The interview Jimmy gives is incredibly heartfelt and really convincing. He kinda felt like maybe he should have been the one to get burned because he has always taken shortcuts and broken the rules. Ronnie followed the rules & he didn't deserve it. He talked about how they went their separate ways, but that he loves his brother.
It's totally subdued and mellow vs. the normal up tempo Jimmy Garvin interview. He still keeps saying "It's a crying shame," but not in the smart ass way he normally does.
