Dag, there goes another one.  I really wish the Hart Foundation tag team would have been inducted into the HOF before this happened.

They need to hustle up on some of these other guys so they can be seen and interact with the crowd at least one more time.

TMZ is reporting that EMTs were called to Jim Neidhart's home early this morning after he fell and hit his head.

They are quoting Pasco County police officials in Florida as stating they believe Neidhart, 63 years old, passed away from an injury after hitting his head and no foul play is suspected.

Obviously, Natalya's match against Alexa Bliss set for tonight's Monday Night Raw has been removed from what is scheduled for the broadcast.

Our deepest condolences to Neidhart's family, friends and fans.

RIP. I enjoyed the hart foundation a lot and he was the ideal compliment as the teams muscle to Brets skill. Plus he was a fun crazy guy interview.

What were his “personal issues”?  Dope?

Bret Hart tweeted a great publicity pic of him and Neidhart along with "Stunned and saddened. I just don’t have the words right now."

I really hope he wasn’t fucked up when he fell. Not that it really matters, dead is dead, but it’ll be tougher for the family if he fell off the wagon I think.

According to TMZ, Jim Neidhart's wife Elizabeth (Ellie) Neidhart told investigators that Jim was having problems sleeping and got our out of bed to adjust the theromostat.

Ellie then said that as Neidhart went to touch it, he turned "weirdly" as if he was "about to dance", then fell into the wall and ground. Ellie immediately dialed 911, believing he was having a seizure, something he was taking medication for.

Neidhart had four-inch gash on his face when EMTs arrived.

Pasco County police have already stated they do not believe there was any foul play involved. There was medication in Neidhart's home, but according to the TMZ.com report, it did not appear to have been abused.

Jim Neidhart was 63 years old.

R.I.P. Anvil

Bret ought to form a tag team with Kevin Von Erich and call themselves The Sole Survivors.

The Calgary Sun put Jim Neidhart on their cover yesterday and revealed that he died of a seizure after battling Alzheimer's disease.  This is the first I've heard of that.

Sorry to hear he was battling so many health issues.  I recall seeing a short video of Bret and Jim at a wrestling reunion a year or two ago (I believe it was posted here), and Jim looked awful.  He was quiet and had an awful nervousness and twitch.  Both Bret and Jim looked awful.  Hard years on the road and brutal, nagging injuries have taken their toll on so many of these guys.  I enjoyed the Hart Foundation and though their matches with the Bulldogs were great.  RIP
