I think the Patriots will come around, but we are in the late days of their empire. When QBs get old, they tend to come to earth quickly. This season could be the last hurrah.

I'd like to see the Chiefs running the ball more, but I get why they haven't been giving Hunt as many carries. I looked at the top 10 qb's by yards so far. Mahomes is 9th with 896, but everyone is attempting way more passes than him. He has 93 attempt so far, Big Ben and Cousins are already at 139 and Brees at 129. Most have tossed @ 20 more passes than Mahomes. It leads me to believe they aren't doing long sustained drives, and when they score its too rapid, leaving that D out on the field too long most of the game.

Everson Griffin of the Vikings has had what amounts to a mental breakdown. He had been behaving increasingly irrational at practice and had been acting erratically in his personal life. The Vikings told him he needed to take time off to get his life in order and deactivated him for the Bills game. After showing up for practice anyway and getting turned back, he got into some sort of altercation at a downtown Minneapolis hotel where he'd been staying, apparently not staying regularly at his home, threatening to shoot someone. He didn't have a gun though. It was one of those things in which a person yells that in the heat of anger. No arrests were made. He later went home, left in a disheveled state, went to the home of a teammate, entered through an unlocked front door, immediately fled, wound up hitching a ride with an acquaintance at a gas station, eventually wound up at home, was taken away by ambulance after agreeing to get a mental evaluation, left the ambulance and was out on a county road in a suburb, then was persuaded to get back in by police, and is now having an in patient mental health evaluation.

Wait until Edelman and Gordon start playing....That is when I will judge how the Patsies will do the rest of the season.

Their defense though needs some work....They are the s#!$s!!!!
