LeRoy Howard has died of cancer.  Howard wrestled under his real name as well as the names Rastaman, Terrance Black, and Navy SEAL.  He was trained by Jimmy Del Ray and was a staple of the Florida indy scene, most notably for IPW.  He had limited international success with IWA in Puerto Rico and BattleArts in Japan.  Howard was regularly featured as a jobber for both the WWF and WCW in the early to mid '90s.

I believe the proper term is "enhancement talent". Here's more information:

LEROY ANTHONY HOWARD PASSES AWAY
By Ron NIemi on 10/10/2018 9:26 AM
LeRoy Anthony Howard, who wrestled throughout the world as Navy SEAL, Rastaman, Terrance Black and Leroy Howard, passed away on Wednesday October 8th in St. Petersburg, FL after a long battle with cancer.

After serving in the US Navy Leroy was trained at the Tampa Sportatorium by Jimmy Del Ray in 1991.

Leroy was a mainstay on the Florida Independent scene until his retirement in 2013 and was one of the cornerstones of IPW Hardcore Wrestling helping to put the promotion on the map.

Leroy worked extensively for WCW and WWF mainly as enhancement talent and also had very successful runs in IWA Puerto Rico, BattleArts (Japan) and Germany.

After retiring from wrestling Leroy earned his Master’s Degree from Webster University and worked as a counselor in his hometown of St. Petersburg, FL.

The outpouring of support for Leroy's family from the wrestling community, his friends, co-workers and frat brothers has been incredible as $10,000 was raised in one day to help offset funeral and medical costs. Leroy was a pillar to his community and one of the most respected men to come out of Florida wrestling in decades and will be sorely missed.

Carpenter was mentioned, and it's the most respectful.

The only thing I remember him doing was being a substitute partner for Animal on a Battlarts tour when Hawk developed fluid around his heart.  He was christened Rasta Warrior for those matches.

Guys, please. How would YOU feel if you died and a bunch of jerks were calling you a jobber on the rasslin message boards.

Besides, the proper term is "Ham and Egger"
