Whoo hoo! It's about time. It's not often that you can catch Iron Maiden doing a killer setlist because they vigorously promote their newest album most of the time, but the tour that got rave reviews in Europe is finally making its way to North America in the summer of 2019. I saw their last "greatest hits" tour (twice) 10 years ago with the "Somewhere Back in Time" tour and it was awesome. This is the setlist they were performing in Europe: Aces High Where Eagles Dare 2 Minutes to Midnight The Clansman The Trooper Revelations For the Greater Good of God The Wicker Man Sign of the Cross Flight of Icarus Fear of the Dark The Number of the Beast Iron Maiden Encore: The Evil That Men Do Hallowed Be Thy Name Run to the Hills I'll be at Barclays for this one. I’m going to try and make that Houston show but that’s a rather small venue.

Ya, I saw them on their Somewhere Back in Time tour and it was one of the best concerts I've ever been too. Will definitely go with the wife this time around.

I’ve never been a fan of them but I appreciate the musicianship. I may go to the Charlotte show just because...

Dickinson has a lot of friends in Toronto. I'm gonna try and get tickets for Buffalo myself.

Fozzy will be the opening act only for the show in L.A. That's a huge score for Jericho. I've never heard of Banc of California Stadium before, but I assume it's larger than Staples Center. The opening act for the whole tour is Age of Raven, Steve Harris' son's band. Last edited on Fri Nov 9th, 2018 09:06 pm by srossi ____________________ This thread was great before AA ruined it. |

I saw GNR there and it was open with 8,000 GA lawn. They close the lawn for smaller shows and it’s about 8,000 seated inside. I don’t like that set up though because scalpers gobble up the good seats and then you’re stuck being being gouged or having shitty non-seats in a different zip code and hoping it doesn’t rain. I saw them back in Nov 1984 at Maple Leaf Gardens, with Twisted Sister Opening for them. Only time I saw them Live.
