I like ribs and BBQ but I don’t understand people who are willing to wait in line to eat it.

There have been a few healthy girls over the years shall we say.Sometimes in college after several wobbly pops you've got the munchies and a bone rack just won't do.

Escargot. I don't know what the fuss is all about. No taste to them, you have to smother them in butter & garlic.

I don’t understand the pumpkin stuff either. I don’t like pumpkin seeds, pumpkin spice and I eat 1 piece of pumpkin pie about every 4 years.

As far as overrated based on price, they were mentioned early, especially caviar. Very expensive and just terrible. I get supply and demand. The most expensive caviar comes from rare species of sturgeon. So what? It still tastes terrible. Dinosaur shit is even more rare and I wouldn’t eat that either.

Caviar

Sushi

Avocado - thinking about it makes me want to puke. Wife makes a drink out of it. Said it lowered her cholesterol by 40 points. I don't care - would rather die.

Agree with Katook - pumpkin spice on anything. Awful

Grits - ate this shit in the south when I was in the service. It was shit. So hungry and I had no choice sometimes. They love it in some places though.

Oatmeal - garbage

Gotta agree with an earlier poster about grits. I think of them as eating wet sand.

Add to the list:
Kale
Ramen

Fried eggs on everything

I was anti egg on burgers for a long time but since I’ve been doing the Keto diet for 4 months now I’ll throw a fucking egg on anything.

I like ramen to a point, I’m not eating it anymore but when I did I enjoyed it but I wasnt going to pay gourmet prices for it even if Kawada was cooking it.

I’m not into the fancy cheeses, honestly I like melted cheese but anything beyond cheddar or pepper jack and I’m just wasting my money

I like cheeseburgers to a point; I had a discussion a few years ago when I first moved to Texas and this guy was telling me he thought in n out was overrated and that he had eaten this $20 burger at some hotel that was way better. I said well that’s cool and it should be for $20; you could buy a fucking mountain of patties at in n out for $20.

Grass fed beef, I’ve had grass fed wet aged and dry aged as well as the usual grades of grocery store beef, meat market beef and direct off the farm beef and sure there are differences but just because the price doubles or triples my enjoyment doesn’t.

I can eat a spiral ham a couple of times a year now but back in the old days (1980’s) when my grandma was cooking a canned ham or the old school nonspiral hams oh hell no ham was terrible.

I like on occasion, but don't understand the craze for it.Bacon in milkshakes (Burger King was big on this for one.)Calling it the candy of meats.
Or maybe I've never had the really good stuff.

Anyone ever eaten one of those whole chicken in a can deals? And lived to tell?
Not talking flakes of chicken which is disgusting in and of itself(I always make my own cold chicken sandwiches), but I remember seeing this big cans with a whole chicken in them and just looking at a can was near vomit inducing.

I never heard of it until I looked it up.

Unless you are in some barren wasteland, why even buy this?

Wanted to send this earlier but was on my phone and trying to send shit in my phone gives me gas.
Disgusting stuff, no? Kind of looks like what Mae Young would look like if they dug her up.

That looks disgusting to say the least.

I'll up the ante by saying that while they may not be foods per se, ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise are 3 of the most absolutely disgusting things on the planet, why any sane person would put any of those 3 things on any food is beyond my understanding.
