I get a 1%-1.5% or more COLA every year. It had nothing to do with Christmas but it’s the closest I’ll get to a gift.

2% COLA for me for 2019. No seasonal bonus.

Management (of which I am) doesn’t get a holiday bonus. I technically qualify for quarterly bonus’s but it’s been changed so much it’s no longer a reality which is fine, it’s a bonus and not salary.

I think last year I got a letter stating that my health insurance payroll deduction would increase by 10%

Nothing - but my employer always shuts the office down around 1 pm the last work day before major holidays so we get about a bonus of 40 hours off each year.

I'll get a 2-4% raise in a few months depending on how much my outgoing manager tries to screw me.

My boss sent me a Starbucks gift card, a visa gift card and some chocolates for Christmas. I’ll get a 2-3% COLA and a yearly bonus around the end of first quarter 2019 as well.

We got a raise and an extra week of vacation. And about a month ago they started picking up 20 percent more of the health insurance cost.
