Michael Schumacher. Worst moment being either taking out Damon Hill to cheat his way to a title, trying to take out Jacques Villeneuve to try to cheat his way to a title, or headbutting a rock while skiing.

Although it's probably a bit unfair to include fatal accidents in this. That would basically be everyone who died while taking part in a sport.

He didn't know that though.  His coach told him he had to win the round.  And when Don King promotes your unbeaten opponent you usually need a knockout for a draw.
As it is, the ref stopped it with 2 seconds to go.  Convenient.
