I just looked it up and soda/pop consumption was at a 30-year low.

Does anybody still drink it?

20+ years ago I lived off of Diet Pepsi.

Pop machine at work hardly gets used.

How low will the consumption drop?

Fuck yeah. We go through four cases a week in our house. That's just me and my wife and whenever her son and daughter come by. I LOVE THAT SHIT.

I cut down on it quite a bit when I had my back surgery 2 years ago. Don't drink regular stuff barely at all now. Drink Diet Sunkist when I do have it, usually at work.

I had 2 or 3 Pepsis a day for like 20 years. About 7 or 8 years ago I basically quit cold turkey and started just drinking water and lost 25 pounds within weeks. Now when I have a rare soda I don’t even like it anymore and can feel the damage it’s doing to my body.

I used to drink pop in school religously, more of a diet coke guy.  Hell, I remember having a Barq's root beer for breakfast everyday.  Was into Coke Zero quite a bit too.  I completely cut it out of my diet about six years ago.  Occassionally, I'll have a Coke Zero (like, once or twice  a year now) and don't really enjoy it.
I am living off of LaCroix now.  I like the Lime and the Passion Fruit.  We get the Costco two pack for a deal.  I'm sure this shit isn't good for you in the long run either, but essentially it's just carbonated water, so its not as bad as the chemicals they put into Coke and Pepsi that can eat the rust off your hubcaps.

I like Coke Zero. To be to be honest I mainly like to put Captain Morgan in it.

I'll also get a diet Dr. Pepper or two out of the machine at work everyday.

Occasionally I like Diet Lemon Lime, but it's just about the fizz factor. A 2 liter bottle can last me a month or so.

I love pop but don't have it often anymore. Maybe one can on the weekend. Mandatory with pizza though.

I drink it every day. Probably 3-4 a day. Diet Coke, Diet Dew, sometimes regular of each. Especially when I go to Disney, I fill up my mug with real Coke because their machines always have the proper mix and it tastes perfect.

I would love to cut down and eventually eliminate. As far as cost, I've switched from cans to two liter bottles back in January 2018. My company started giving us free soda at that point, so I don't need cans to have in the car on my way to work or under my desk during the day. As far as health is concerned, I'm getting to an age where, like Rossi, I think I can feel it doing damage to me. Yes, I say "think", because I really don't think we can actually feel it harming us. But mentally, I'm starting to get bothered by drinking soda. I can't quit cold turkey though, the caffeine drop will send me into a major migraine and I can't deal with that. So I've been starting a very slow drop in quantity. I used to drink a six per day, and I'm down in the 3-4 range, and I'm going to eventually get down to one in the AM and one around 3, then cut to one in the AM, then nothing. But I see that light in about two years at the pace I'm cutting back.

I am big Diet Coke drinker. I should cut down, but finding something to replace it with is a tall order. Because of not wanting the calories or the sugar for my teeth, I rarely ever have pop with sugar in it, a couple of regular Cokes per year at the most.

I just don't get the folks who drink "diet". It's been proven to be just as toxic as anything else. Plus it tastes like crap. It's like kissing your sister if you ask me.

I drink maybe one or two 12 oz cans a week. Don’t use sugar or artificial sweeteners in tea or coffee.

I keep hoping someone will create a recipe for a healthy version of Mountain Dew. I have a 4-5 can per day addiction. If I don't have a can in the morning with breakfast, my head is in a fog all day and I feel like I am moving at half-speed.

I really  like Baja Blast Mountain Dew. I can only find it at Taco bell.

I still drink diet soda, at least when I am eating. Can’t stand having water or juice with a meal. I like the carbonation. My doctor feels I’m not getting enough aspartame anyway.

Went out to eat at a Mexican restaurant a few days ago. Along with my food I ordered a Coke in a glass bottle! Can't go wrong with that!

Can't go wrong with that! It's literally called "Mexican Coke" here in California. Absolutely delicious compared to Coke  sold in supermarkets. It's the original formula with sugar, no corn syrup. Also, like you said, served in a glass bottle or glass instead of plastic. Big difference. You can only find Mexican Coke at certain Mexican restaurants and some bodegas. So where l currently live, basically every street corner.

The old school style sugar sodas are good, before I switched to diet I did the Pepsi throwbacks for away and then transitioned to the green cokes half sugar and half stevia.

Yeah like in Cali we've got tons of Mexican stores, taco trucks and restaurants too. When I grab some tacos I like to grab a Mexican coke or pepsi.

I stopped drinking pop when I saw what was in it. like literally saw the crap that is in it. if you stop drinking it you will lose some weight. I have never been fat but I noticed I lost some weight when I stopped. and I felt better as well.
