With this love affair of UFC's wrestlers and mma
Job Kofi out in 5 seconds

Bring a washed up dad with a knee brace with his little son Rey Mysterio to come down to confront brock the bully
And why did they not have cain Velasquez come out with a shirt or some shit...he looked crazy out of shape and frail as fuck with the knee brace.

Why would WWE fans care about Cain vs Brock...when they could have had Lashley vs Brock which is dead due to booking and now Lashley is too busy pawging
And then Braun vs Tyson Fury

Yeah, talk about shifting gears.  All that build for Kofi for all of these months, and he goes down faster than any 80's jobber.

Yep Kofi running thru gauntlets after gauntlets kicking out of every finisher just to run into the Beast Incarnate and lose in 5 seconds for a fued(Brock vs Cain) that doesn't need a title at all

This was just awful. And didn’t Cain have some type of contract with AAA?

After The Rock being The Rock, the whole show was just flat out terrible. We were back to PPV caliber matches ending in minutes or seconds with no regard to protecting anyone. That 8-man as a backdrop for Tyson Fury buried about 7 other guys, Kingston can never be taken seriously again after they had him beat the whole roster the last 8 months, Rowan was jobbed out already after a huge build...this show was just horrible. I am usually just bored by WWE but it’s been a long time since I’ve absolutely despised a show as much as this one.

Meltzer and many fans in attendance live reported that after the show went off the air they just thanked everyone and said good night and then things got ugly. Steve Austin, The Undertaker, and Sting were all advertised and were there but never appeared in front of the crowd. The fans booed and chanted for them. When it became apparent the show was really over, everyone was chanting “AEW” and “false advertising” on the way out.

I couldn't believe they advertised names that were actually there but didn't appear on camera or live in the arena. WTF?

I never saw Flair or Hogan on tv either.  I heard they came out during a commercial? I actually fell asleep and missed some of the show. I can't believe they advertised all those guys (some on the graphics for weeks) and didn't show them.

How many WWE regulars did The Rock bury during his promo last night?

Flair and Hogan were shown for about 5 seconds on TV sitting in the crowd. They did come out during the commercial break but at least the live crowd got to see them.

I watched the entire show. Complete fucking garbage. I wish I could get those 2 hours back. It’s my fault. I should have known better.

FOX has announced that this abomination drew 3,999,000 viewers, but that’s across all platforms including streaming. I’m not sure how that compares to the 2 million or so it was drawing on USA but suffice it to say that it did well.

This is the problem with the way they bring back guys like Rock and DX.  Seems like it happens every time.  Then they disappear for a year and the regulars have to unbury themselves.
This time, Rock got the crowd to chant "STD" at Baron Corbin, and called him a 35 year old virgin or something along those lines.

The Undertaker tersely told a fan on Instagram that he didn’t appear on Smackdown despite being flown in because he was told he “wasn’t needed”. Unbelievable.
